Resistance Alloys

The special alloys for electrical resistances that we deal with are divided into two types:

• alloys in Iron Chromium Aluminum (FECRAL)
• Nickel Chromium (NICRO).

They can be provided in the form of:

• Wire (diam.0,015 ÷ 5.00 mm)
• Flat (0.30 ÷ 6.00 × 0.05 ÷ 2.00 mm)
• Bar (3.00 – 100 mm)

IRON CHROME ALUMINUM ALLOY:

• FECRAL 153: Ferromagnetic alloy with operating temperature Max 1400 ° C
• FECRAL 145: Ferromagnetic Alloy with Max operating temperature 1350 ° C
• FECRAL 137: Ferromagnetic Alloy with Max operating temperature 1250 ° C
• FECRAL 127: Ferromagnetic Alloy with Max operating temperature 1100 ° C

NICKEL CHROME ALLOY:

• NICRO 80/20: Alloy composed of Ni.80% – Cr. 20% with max operating temperature 1200 ° C
• NICRO 70/30: Alloy composed of Ni.70% – Cr. 30% with max operating temperature 1250 ° C
• NICRO 60/15: Alloy composed of Ni.60% – Cr. 15% with Max operating temperature 1100 ° C
• NICRO 40/20: Alloy composed of Ni.37% – Cr. 20% with Max operating temperature 1050 ° C
• NICRO 30/20: Alloy composed of Ni.30% – Cr. 20% with operating temperature Max 1000 ° C
